Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: December 11, 2025

Version: 1.0

Applies To: All Cosgn brands, Services, platforms, systems, and environments, including Launch In Ten, Lvabl, Cosgn Pay, Cosgn Cloud, Cosgn Hi, Cosgn Credit, RECOSGN, Clloser, and all future Cosgn brands.

1. Commitment to Accessibility

Cosgn is committed to providing accessible Services and digital experiences in accordance with applicable accessibility laws and recognized international standards, including:

  • the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
  • the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • the Canadian Human Rights Act and provincial accessibility statutes
  • Québec Law 25 accessibility-related provisions
  • comparable global accessibility requirements where legally mandated

This Statement applies across the Cosgn unified entity (§0 of the Master Terms), including all brands and future Services automatically covered under the Master Terms.

Cosgn aims to design, maintain, and evolve its platforms to be usable by as many individuals as reasonably possible. This Statement does not create any warranty, promise, or guarantee of uninterrupted accessibility, nor does it create any professional-service obligation unless expressly provided in a written Statement of Work (§1.11, §4, §23).

2. Accessibility Measures and Ongoing Improvements

Cosgn uses a combination of manual and automated measures to help improve accessibility across its Services, including:

  • periodic accessibility assessments and interface reviews
  • support for keyboard navigation and screen-reader technologies
  • structured markup, semantic HTML, ARIA labeling, and responsive design practices
  • colour-contrast checks aligned to WCAG 2.1 AA
  • user interface refinements to remove avoidable barriers
  • optional accessible alternatives for key interactions when technically feasible
  • accessibility considerations embedded into new feature rollouts

These efforts are ongoing and may evolve as standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements develop.

Accessibility efforts do not constitute a guarantee that all content or user-generated material will always be accessible (§1.14, §1.21, §7, §23).

Cosgn does not monitor or validate Member websites, Member content, customer funnels, campaigns, or externally deployed Work Product for accessibility compliance. Members are responsible for ensuring that their own materials comply with applicable laws (§1.11, §1.20, §4).

3. Accommodation and Assistance Requests

If you require accommodations or accessibility-related assistance when using Cosgn Services, contact:

[email protected]

Cosgn will:

  • acknowledge your request within five business days, and
  • provide a substantive response, remediation plan, or timeline within thirty business days.

Timelines may be extended where complex remediation is required, where third-party vendors are involved, or where additional information is needed.

Submitting an accommodation request does not modify or waive any contractual obligations, fees, or timelines (§1.25, §6.1).

Cosgn does not provide individualized accessibility audits, certifications, legal interpretation, or consulting unless expressly agreed in a separate Statement of Work.

4. Feedback and Suggestions

Cosgn welcomes feedback that may help improve accessibility across its Services. You may email:

[email protected]

Feedback is reviewed by the Cosgn Accessibility and Compliance Group.

Providing feedback does not obligate Cosgn to implement any specific changes, but all reasonable suggestions are considered in accordance with product strategy, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.

5. Responsibility of Members and Enterprise Clients

In accordance with §§1.11, 1.14, 1.20, 1.21, 4, and 23 of the Master Terms:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your own websites, funnels, apps, campaigns, disclosures, and Work Product comply with accessibility standards applicable to your business or jurisdiction.

Cosgn does not monitor, audit, or certify Member-created content, Work Product, or third-party integrations for accessibility compliance.

Any accessibility assistance beyond what Cosgn provides for its own platforms is outside scope and requires a separate Statement of Work.

Cosgn is not liable for accessibility deficiencies arising from Member content, third-party tools, integrations, templates, or code modifications made after delivery.

Nothing in this Statement requires Cosgn to make any Member-created website, funnel, workflow, campaign, or Work Product accessible or compliant with WCAG, AODA, ADA, or any other accessibility standard.

6. Limitations

Nothing in this Accessibility Statement should be interpreted to:

  • create any warranty, SLA, or guarantee regarding accessibility
  • impose obligations beyond those in the Master Terms
  • expand Cosgn’s liability (§12)
  • constitute legal, professional, or compliance advice (§1.11)
  • require Cosgn to modify Member content or third-party systems
  • guarantee compatibility with all assistive technologies, browsers, or devices

Accessibility may depend on third-party technologies, browsers, operating systems, or user-generated content outside Cosgn’s control, and Cosgn is not responsible for limitations arising from such third-party dependencies.

This Statement survives termination in accordance with §21 of the Master Terms.

7. Updates to This Statement

Cosgn may update this Accessibility Statement to reflect legal requirements, technical improvements, policy updates, or operational changes.

The current version is available in the Help Centre under Accessibility.

In case of conflict between this Statement and the Master Terms, the Master Terms control (§0 “Order of Precedence,” §23).
